What is involved in ‘completing’ a job?

Step 1 - With the Field Agent App open you will see a ‘Find Jobs’ screen where jobs in your area (Near Me) or near your postcode (Postcode) are visible, depending on your search setting.

Step 2 - From this screen you will be able to click into available jobs to see how far away each job is from you, how much time you have to complete the job and how much the job pays for completion. On this same screen for each job there is also a 'Job Overview' that gives you the ability to see a more detailed description, instructions and location required for each job. You should read this information BEFORE you choose whether to Accept the job or not.

Step 3 - If you have reviewed and wish to accept the job you will be able to do this from the details section of each job by selecting ‘Accept this Job’ at the bottom of the screen. 

Step 4 – Once you have accepted your job you will be asked to ‘Confirm’ or ‘Cancel’ prompting you to consider whether or not you are definitely able to complete this job in the time-frame. You will usually have 2 hours (120 minutes) from when you accept the job, to have it completed. Some jobs may give you longer, and this will be specified in the job Details.

Step 5 - Once you have ‘Confirmed’ your job you will be given the opportunity to ‘Complete Now’ or go ‘Back to Search’. Selecting the ‘Complete now’ button will take you directly to the job. If you choose to complete the task later, you can find the reserved job on the 'My Jobs' page on your app. When completing the job you will need to be at the required location, where you will then need to answer specific questions and complete what is required of you for this job. After each question you will need to click the arrow in the right hand corner of the page to move to the next question.
