What if the store is closed when I try to complete a job?

While we understand that providing store hours in each job would be helpful, we currently do not have an effective way to do this.  There are so many variations of store hours, in addition to the complication of time zones, which simply makes it hard for us to keep track of.  It has the potential to cause more confusion than it would actually prevent.  This is why we rely on our Agents to discern whether or not they can complete the job within the store hours, given the time allotted.  We figure you are probably local to the store, so you'd know better than us anyway.  We hope this helps!  Let us know if you have any further questions.
