Reward your loyal agents

With the increasing number of users, it is often disappointing to miss jobs close to home in the rush for auction jobs when they are released every Thursday. An idea might be to stagger the release of the jobs based on the agent ratings. For example, your best agents (those with higher ratings) get first opportunity to accept new jobs, and they are released later/progressively to other agents over time based on ratings. That way your best agents will be the ones who get the jobs, ensuring increased high quality of work. Poor agents (those who don't follow through and complete assigned jobs) will have lower ratings, and hence fewer opportunities to get more work.
